404 Media knocking it out of the park as usual. This is one of those independent outlets which has been doing consistently awesome journalism. I especially like it when they get targeted for their work, because they are never afraid to call out the hypocrisy or bullshit, they thrive on it.
Their podcast is also very solid, worth a listen.
Anyway to have this podcast without using Spotify or apple?
use the rss feed in your favorite podcast app, it should have a feature to subscribe with a rss address. on android I use Beyond-Pod and it works great with an rss feed. populates pictures and everything

Yeah, just search for 404 media with whatever app you use for podcasts. I don’t use Spotify or Apple and it came up straight away for me in PocketCasts.
Pocket Cast is good. But I am now on the end of my "heritage" price, and up for the post price hike price. Debating whether it is worth it.
Yeah I feel you. It’s one of the few excellent apps that I’ve never felt the need to upgrade. I don’t think I need any of the extra features. I wish there were a lifetime option or something a little less expensive than their yearly. I might just subscribe for a few months to show my support for the devs, because it’s such a solid app. But their prices do seem really high.
I use PodcastAddict, and they have a one time purchase for nothing. Been using it for about 8 years, and still updated regularly. Highly recommended!
Same for me. I dont need any of the extra stuff the sub gives outside the basic function of the software.
I'll recommend Podcast Republic. I like that I can set priority in my podcasts and it will automatically sort an auto playlist by that priority. It's very customizable. I can't even remember if I paid for it in the past, but I know I don't have a subscription.

They did the same thing with Palestinian accounts, flagging content as pornographic. Fuck Meta.
You know if Trump hasn't been elected they wouldn't do that, then the EU will threaten to block their content. Trump will introduce some bullshit tariffs on the EU and will in general try to destabilize it as well as NATO. Putin will be very happy, because neither Trump nor Putin wants strong and United Europe and both are trying to destabilize the EU.
