PeerTube Admin 23: Moving the NUC to Korea and Bug in Synchronization in 4.3.0

I'm moving the NUC which hosts this PeerTube instance from my parents house in Germany to South Korea.

Also I found a bug in the new synchronization functionality which was introduced in 4.3.0
