EU plans tech scale-up fund to narrow gap with US, China

Money will not help much as long the EU won't allow businesses to be more agile and allow entrepreneurs to take risks without crucifying them every time they fail (failing is the only way anyone can get better at anything), and by letting people pouring money into risky ventures grasp the reward if that venture succeed, not fucking tax them to death.

The EU should also realize money won't push innovations an inch forward if any attempt to create a new business/tech or change an existing one is met with endless regulations. You can't have both innovation and regulations. Well, at least that's what I think.
