Quite the conundrum, isn’t it?
- claiming that unlimited-exploitation is the only “engine” which will produce the kind of economy we need, until..
- claiming that capping exploitation is required, for the good of the economy..
Which principle is right, then?
According to whom, right?
I hold that unfettered-exploitation orients the economy, itself, to DarkTriad’s dominion.
Which isn’t right, isn’t strategic, isn’t serving-the-country.
Oligarchy disagrees.
Monarchy disagrees.
I hold that harnessed business orients business to the economy it’s living-in.
Yoga.
& that, done right is proper.
Ukraine has a max-25%-profit rule, now? Something like that ( that’s for drone-companies, not for normal industry: they jacked-up the available-profit in the industry that their life was dependent on, & it worked ).
That’s the right way.
Enforce that livingwage is real, enforce that the entire pay-ladder is sane, enforce that the executives aren’t just being allowed “legal” embezzling through obscene “pay”, & the business itself is harnessed to the economy.
But it has to be adaptive, & it has to be evidence-based sane.
Who’s got the spine to rig-up their economy to have such excellent “sails”?
