I spent many minutes trying to find my dark navy sketchbook in a low light room. It was right under my nose. I spent my coffee breaks today drawing doodles on the cover to make it easier to spot next time.
You have a fantastic set of interests there.

Today i got to read a company’s business strategy and try the figure out how to accelerate it by better enabling their team. It was kinda fun to know I get to influence that sort of thing.
I rebuilt my personal website and finally took all my stuff off WP. This was long time coming, I almost never visit my own website so it was just lingering and not being updated. Which as we all know in WP land is a death sentence.
To avoid bringing shame to my domain, I converted it to a simple HTML site with no DB and a smidge of JS flare, and now I can just forget about it. I also learned how Cloudflare Pages and Workers work in the process, making this a win win.
Man i haven’t built an actual website since around the MySpace era (yes an actual website not MySpace lol) I wouldn’t even know where to begin.
MySpace and Neopets is why I work in web development today. Learned HTML to build profile pages and never looked back.
It was definitely a path I considered! I don’t do well sitting at a desk though. I ended up in utility infrastructure. Most recently, water and sewer.
I turned my marigolds into paint which I then used to paint marigolds.

I’ve been teaching myself to code by making a personal hobby app. Put it down for quite a while to just use it, and have now returned to start making some updates. Feels good!
Coding and app building are really impressive to me, it seems so foreign haha. That’s sick that you built your own! Congrats!
I’ve been working on some new cosplay stuff. Mostly it’s been buying the base pieces, but now that I have them I’ve been modeling the hard props and that’s been real fun!
I decorated a nice cute room for my buddy Krobus in the game Stardew Valley. I’m also (poorly) doing drywall work. I haaaate drywall.
