Loops

The sign up process needs to be rephrased with clear instructions. The website stated that I can expect an email within 48 hours, however it has been past a month and I haven't received any updates. I cannot cancel the process nor delete my account on what I signed up for at the moment.

I'd like to download and resize a video from loops.video to send to a friend, but I don't know how. What is the best way to do this?
